Blend 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 inch ginger, 1 lemongrass stalk, 1/4 cup coconut milk, 1/2 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp red curry paste until smooth.
Add the marinade to the sliced chicken and mix thoroughly.
Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
