Fry the tortilla for one minute over low heat, then turn it around.
Cook the tortilla for 2 minutes over low heat with the lid closed.
Rinse 1 cup of rice well.
Cover with a lid and cook the rice until done.
Fill the rice with hot water and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Drain the water from the rice.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter.
Fry the cauliflower until golden brown.
Add 55 g of butter and 50 g of flour, then mix well.
Add 2 cups of milk and stir constantly.
Tip: Make sure to stir the sauce constantly so that it doesn't burn!
Add salt, black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of nutmeg.
The sauce is ready!
Add half of the cheese to the rice and stir until the cheese melts.
Prepare a baking dish (22 cm) and add olive oil.

Finally, add the remaining half of the cheese.
Cook in the oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 35 minutes.
